Please take a few minutes to review these Terms and Conditions. Your use of this website constitutes your agreement to follow these rules and to be bound by them. We are committed to providing you with a bespoke and personable service throughout your ordering process helping you to getting the right hair replacement system, keeping costs low for our valued customers.
Thus, protection for both our customers and ourselves is of importance.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. You will be bound by the terms that are set in place at the time of your purchase.
Your use of this website following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
All the hair systems we provide at the above prices are for our regular change systems, bespoke hair systems will incur additional charges and these will be quoted to you after your consultation and prior to us processing your order once we can identify your needs. There may also be different lead times on your hair systems which we will notify as accurately as possible and should be taken as a guide only as this is out of our control.
Once your order is placed no cancellation is possible. You understand that the is no guarantee on the longevity of our hair systems but you can upgrade your package at anytime if you require more systems
If any of your details change such as address, email, phone number, please notify us by call ing the salon and back this up by emailing your upto date details to hair@davidrozman.co.uk and we will update our records. We will not be responsible for any losses due to us not holding your upto date details.
All required systems, services, or agreed packages must be paid up front before we are able to order, customise or despatched.
All packages have a minimum of 12 payments (1 upfront with your initial payment, followed by 11 monthly via direct debit). Any part of your monthly payment that is for our bespoke services can be changed or stopped at anytime, without penalty, unless this is stated otherwise on the agreement.
If you want to cancel your package early. You can
1. pay your systems package in full and receive all hair systems.
2. A calculation can be made for the discounts received within the first 12 months based on our one-off system prices. You can repay all discounts in full plus an early cancellation/administration fee of £79.
Bundle purchases, will be held by the salon if you require them to be fitted in-store to ensure they are stored correctly. If you select a bundle deal for self fit, we will send the systems at our earliest convenience but please be aware that the order may need to be split and you may receive at different times base on stock availability but we can confirm this once we receive your order.
When you (our client) select us to customise your hair systems regarding templating the base and/or hair cutting, this is done to your instruction and you are responsible for the information provided. You must also understand that the work we carry out on your behalf will be to a close approximation of the measurement you provide. It is not always possible for us to fully refine a haircut without working with a client in person and further personalisation maybe require to the work we have done to your system by another hairdresser once you have fitted your hair system. We will not be liable for any other charges you may incur if you select us to customise.
Selecting your system colour, you can send us a hair sample and we will match up to our closest colour and wait for you to approve it before we proceed with any editing. Or if you would like to send us a picture of your hair colour we will send you our closest colour swatch when possible, and this may incur a small charge. It is also important to know that once we have edited a system on your instruction we are not able to refund or replace if you are not happy with the colour at this point.
Refunds are possible for unedited systems returned in the same condition, from our standard regular change selection of systems only (a 15% restocking fee is chargeable). Any systems that have been edited by yourself or by us on your instruction will not be eligible for any refund or exchange, and you accept in this situation David Rozman will have the final say to a fair resolution.
Bespoke system orders are not eligible for any refunds, but exchanges will be possible for hair systems proven to have faults prior to any fitting providing no edits have been edited by yourself or by us on your instruction.
Any systems or items you are sending to us will not be our responsibility until we have received. Please may we advise that you only send anything with value or importance by Royal Mail special delivery with the relevant insurance in case we do not receive your parcel. We will also do the same when sending out our products to you. In the case any parcels are lost both parties accept to follow royal mails lost procedure prior to any items being resent or exchanged or refunded.
Our system Insurance is provided by David Rozman Ltd and is designed to protect anyone who purchases it at the same time as their hair system purchase. It will allow you to have a new system exchange for any reason you are uncomfortable with the choices you have made or customisation we have done on your behalf, ie hair cut, this does not cover any edits or services done by a third party or yourself and this will invalidate your cover. This cover expires 14 days after your order has been signed for by yourself or by anyone else at the agreed address. We ask that in the event you want an exchange of your hair system you return it to us within the insured time frame, with a fully completed insurance returns form included with you System purchase. Your insurance covers you for your original hair System purchase only, and does any replacements nor does it cover any customisation for your replacement hair system. Any customisation required on your replacement hair system will incur additional charges in line with our salon price list and must be paid prior to despatching your replacement system. Purchase of extra insurance is not eligible for any replacement system.
1. Colours
From experience in order to deliver the best matching hair system accuracy is best when a client visits the salon. However, we understand on occasions this may not be possible therefore, to improve on accuracy you have an option to send in a sample of your hair. Existing system wearers who are happy with their current colours you can send us your current system for matching. If you choose or select the wrong colour, you are responsible, not us. We will copy the colour you request. In such a circumstance we will not replace the unit without a fee. Therefore, make sure you know your colour or send us a sample.
2. Hair Duplication Service
When you order a hair duplication service at xxx by filling the online order form, you are required to make sure the information you fill, choose or remarked are as accurately as possible to the target system you are going to send to us. Your order price will be calculated automatically by our website system based on the information that you provide. On the occasion that we find there has been a discrepancy or in-corrections in the details between your online order form you submitted and your actual target hair system which you send to us, we reserve the right to deny your order/put on hold and don’t put it to production even if it has already been accepted by our website system automatically. If the payment we received can not cover the duplication cost, your order will not be proceeded until the balance payment is made to us. This course takes time and your order delivery time should be counted from the date everything is clear and balance payment made. We will not be responsible for this delay, you are responsible for it. If you find that the order price has increased and you will not go ahead with this order or want to drop this order, we need to charge you £30 as a handling charge. In the same situation, if you want us to send back the target system to you, you should pay the shipping charge, the charge should be subject to actual cost. This charge will not be refunded.
3. Refund & Return Policy
*Hair systems
– Can only be returned if unworn and unaltered, whether alterations are made by you or by us at your request.
– If the base size or hair length we cut for you is incorrect, please send in photos first to prove it.
– Goods must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
– We will only replace or refund after we have received the goods. We take no responsibility for returns lost by postal services.
– You will be responsible for the hair systems until they reach us.
*Custom hair systems:
– You must provide photos and/or videos that demonstrate fault.
– Can only be returned if unworn and unaltered by you.
– Goods must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
– Refunds can be claimed if unworn and unaltered by you.
– Refund attracts 30% service fee.
– In order to cover labour and material costs, if you cancel a custom order before you receive it, you will only receive a 50% refund.
– If you order a wrong custom made hair system by mistake, the hair system cannot be returned for a refund. If you would like us to adjust it, extra cost will be charged accordingly.
– You will be responsible for the hair systems until they reach us.
*Accessories:
– Refund can only be given if packaging is unopened.
Rush Delivery terms:
In general terms Rush production services allow the client to receive his or her hair system quicker than they would normally under standard conditions. We give a general guideline of 6 weeks for standard orders. Some complicated orders and full cap wigs may take even longer time. In no way do we guarantee an exact date or timetable for this service. All hairpieces are custom made and no such exact time can be guaranteed. This service means it will be faster production than if a person chooses standard. NO REFUNDS will be made for “rush” fees for delays. However, at the discretion of David Rozman Ltd we may credit the “rush” fee if the production is unusually past the “rush” time schedule.

The risk of loss and title to items purchased from David Rozman Ltd pass to the purchaser upon our delivery to the carrier.
